I am not a HYROX coach. I am a practitioner of result-based training.
I started as a small, skinny kid, 150 lbs, no confidence, intimidated by everything around me. I had no idea what I was doing in the gym. I trained without structure, guessed my way through programs, dealt with injury after injury. Torn muscles, strained ligaments, a back that completely seized up to the point I couldn't walk or run without risking collapse. I made every mistake possible.
That process forced me to figure out what actually works. And it changed everything.
Over 20 years of competitive soccer, including semi-professional play in Canada and France. Years of various Martial arts, with a black belt in Taekwondo. 8+ years as a personal trainer. Serious weightlifting, functional training, plyometrics, and hybrid competition.
I went from struggling to run 5km straight, to posting a sub-18 5km and sub-38 10km, and running casual half marathons. I took my HYROX time from 1:12 to 1:02 in under three months. Gained two podium finishes.

That transformation didn't come from training harder. It came from training smarter. With structure, intention, and a real plan.

The fitness industry is broken. Full of people who bought a certification, never competed, and run feel-good circuits that make you sweat but never make you better. Studios designed to keep you coming back through vibes, not progress. Coaches charging thousands with nothing to show for it.
Most people are training aimlessly, working hard, getting injured, plateauing, and blaming themselves. It's not you. It's the training.
SE Program exists because fitness should not be gatekept. Real coaching, structured, purposeful, result-based. Should be accessible to everyone. Not just the people who can afford minimum $36,000 a year. My mission is to help 100,000 people get in the fittest shape of their life. That starts here.
One rule governs everything I release: I do not put my name on anything I have not personally tested, proven, and used with real athletes to produce real results. No theory. No feel-good plans. Work that leads to measurable progress.
This isn't about comparing yourself to others. It never was. But it's also not about going easy on yourself. Growth lives in discomfort. The goal is not to feel tired, the goal is to get better. Every week. Every phase. Every race.
You don't need harder workouts. You need a smarter build.
