At SE PRO-GRAM, we offer both online and in-person personal training services. Since we do not sell physical products, there are no shipping costs or delivery times associated with our services.

Delivery of Services

  • Online Training: Upon successful purchase, you will receive an email confirmation with details on how to access your online training program.
  • In-Person Training: After purchasing an in-person training package, you will receive a confirmation email with details on how to schedule your sessions at our designated training locations.
  • Depending on the service purchased, access to training materials, workout plans, or coaching sessions will be provided via email, a dedicated client portal, or a mobile app.
  • If your program includes live coaching sessions, you will receive scheduling instructions via email.

Processing Time

  • Digital products, including downloadable guides or workout plans, are available immediately after purchase.
  • Custom training programs may take up to 72 hours to be created and sent to you. You will receive a confirmation once your program is ready.
  • In-person training session availability depends on trainer schedules and location.

Non-Delivery Issues

If you do not receive an email confirmation or access to your purchased service within the expected timeframe, please check your spam/junk folder first. If you still need assistance, contact us at sel.prod@yahoo.com with your order details.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Since our services are digital and non-tangible, we generally do not offer refunds once access has been granted. However, if you experience any issues or are dissatisfied, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

For in-person training, cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
