Honest feedback down below! This was my first time doing any sort of gym activities in a gym in like 7 years. The workout we had planned was very well rounded and challenging! Sebastian was also able to modify some exercises for me due to injuries in the past right from the start so I didn't get lost trying to figure out how I CAN do some of the exercises because I was already shown. It made my clumsy introduction to circuits a lot more fluid and took away some of the intimidation! He is also a good motivator and was very encouraging before, during and after sets when we were resting. He was also able to recognize my limits, coach me through using proper form and was excellent in demonstrating the exercises in a less intense level when I was running on fumes. Ex) We were doing fast foot taps on a mid shin height box. When I was gassed out just trying to catch my breath, he pushed me to just slowly try to tap my foot on the box and coached me through some breathing to get my heart rate down. All and all, phenomenal human being, trainer. 5/5 stars
